Shipping policy
We currently only deliver Orders placed via the Website/Website Call Centre to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. A variety of Order delivery/collection methods are available as set out below. However we constantly strive to improve customer experience and may introduce additional delivery or collection methods across our shopping channels. Please check back frequently to see if more options have become available.
- Dubai Addresses Next Day Delivery* FREE for orders over 100 AED / 25 AED for orders under 100 AED
- Other addresses within the UAE 1-3 Days* FREE for orders over 100 AED / 35 AED for orders under 100 AED
* Orders placed after the cut-off time and/or on any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first day following the date on which the Order was submitted.
